  Hypostatic Union
When it comes to the priesthood even their spiritual fathers spin any thing they can to literally demean a good priest in the eyes of others when comparing them by intent to themselves. I mean the priest's Spiritual Father, his superior. "There were so very good mentors in John Vianney's life, holy priests who reached out to help this *rather lackluster cleric of limited abilities.* The encouragement and good example of these holy priests set him on a path that led to his own transformation and that of his parish."

These, for you who do not know, are the words of the Cardinal Archbishop of Boston to his priests. Imagine such a comment about the patron saint of parish priests. What does he mean by lackluster? I do not comprehend such idiocy or perhaps the Cardinal is a fool and certainly not for Christ. Am I the only one to see that lack of spiritual intelligence, that is no holy union with the divine intelligence? Where is his grace? Is it only a title?

It is the year of the Priest what a tremendous statement to make about one of the greatest priests of all times. It was his peers who made him what he was not His Love for His Sheep which he knew all priests should have. "It is the Lord your God you must adore and Him only must you serve", says Matthew. Did the saintly Cure D'Ars not fulfill this obligation to a perfection that many of today's priests find it hard to reach because of fatuous statements like the Cardinal's?
It is the year of the priests and the jocular cardinal starts his priests off in this year with a statement reeking of piffle.

Priests are anointed into the order of Christ. They are I believe our visible representative of a mild form of the Hypostatic Union. If it can been seen as mild due to human frailities. Men who surrender their lives to suffer and save our souls through the Sacraments, notably the sacrament of Confession. They judge us, absolve us and we do the penance they prescribe in the manner of the Divine Physician. I thank God for that great gift He left behind to cure our spiritual ills. I mean and rejoice in the Priesthood, the sacrificing sacramental ministry of the Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church. They exist in no other pseudo christian cult.

These men many of whom truly strive to be holy in a very special sense. Many unarmed because of a formation by sixties priests and are poorly catechised, can barely survive and will not without our prayers. They are without a doubt the bullseye the Serpent searches for. I would not care for their temptations. How can they survive spiritually with the temptations a foolish laity dumps on them? The shots and demands that surface from all sides must be and are certainly debilitating. These targets without the virtue of fortitude and the support of our prayers do not stand a chance. The predatory demands and suggestions of the enchanted sisterhood of the feminists whose aim is control and presses hard to reach their goal, their sinful ambition has ruined many priests who are manipulated through sorrow and concern over mythical statements of their, the sisterhood's plight.

We must pray for them all and it will be counted against us by the Priest of all priests, Jesus Christ, if we do not. We should not miss a day without a prayer for the Pope, the Church and the Priesthood. We will be lost for ever without them.

I pray in this way for them, these words are a basis for many of my prayers for relatives, friends, benefactors and even those it is so hard to like.

I, (My Name), sealed in the Holy Spirit, baptised and anointed in the Precious Blood of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, with Mary my Mother taking these words into God's presence, ask the beloved Father of us all in the Name of His Son that all the wickedness, the evil that acts against and attacks the priests of our church is rebuked and bound then cast abruptly into the woeful abyss never to return to this world and their voices will never be heard by the Children of God again.
Amen

Laugh all you like, any Catholic who is truly faithful will know the scriptures "knock and it shall be opened, seek and you shall find, ANYTHING YOU ASK IN MY NAME SHALL BE GIVEN YOU." Do you not think Jesus will act on behalf of those he chose to continue the work of His salvation for us. Do not be foolish like the Cardinal believe and do your level best to help the priests especially the wonky ones
