Abomination of Desolation, our personal dilemma
Just lately I have attended mass at a parish of a priest who has my respect and the respect of many of his parishioners. At times he has asked me to be an altar server and so I have when the young people do not turn out. They are mostly young girls and except for the EF of the Mass I have yet to see an altar boy.
Helping with the Communion and notice that I do not say Holy because in many of the receptions the reverence due to the Virtue of Religion is just not present. Please do not take it upon yourselves to answer as is usual with a stricken conscience, "THOU SHALT NOT JUDGE". That answer is full of a stultifying idiocy, a spiritual suicide. Have I not the experience in the Catholic world to make such an observation. Can I not see the sheer boredom at the altar rails. I am not like many of you I see and will not be silenced. I saw on succeeding days the bubble gum, the hands in the pockets, the slouching of disinterested Children and Adults, am I to doubt my eyes because it makes you all uncomfortable? Who is more disgusted, Me or The Lord our God. You had better hope it is me for the sake of your immortal soul. Perhaps many of you will say and you do act this way God loves us so much He overlooks our ignorant treating of His sacrifice.
Let me give you every chance to correct me. Take this letter with my blessing to your Parish Priest, your Local bishop and ask if there are any lies or falsehood in it. Ask this question or make it as a statement, "He must be wrong Father, tell me he is?" Then give me the name of the priest that agrees with you. I bet you will do neither and let me tell you why. You do not have a semblance of the cardinal Virtues in you and are probably lacking by Church teaching the Virtue of Charity.
I have a sincere belief that the Holy Spirit who descends upon the Host at the Epiclesis and the rest of the Trinity that joins Him at the quickly following Consecration can just as soon withdraw as arrive, when faced with mortal sin. The Church teaches the Holy Spirit can go where he wants and subsequently will go when He wants. The absolute undeniable teaching of the Church in scriptures in the most perfect act of contrition ever written by man or church, David's Miserere states, "Turn not Your face from me, take not your Holy Spirit from me'. These words have echoed resoundingly in the Church until ,I am sorry to say ,the last 40 years or so.
An Archbishop in the Russian Orthodox Church Hillarion of Troitsy said as Russian soldiers spat out the host, "Do not worry the Holy Spirit who brings the Divinity of Christ can easily take it away. It is not Him any longer". Tell me O so Holy deniers arising from your pride, God will share His Temple with His enemy as he loves us so much. Let me know your proofs. Let me know so I can stop worrying and fearing I have not lost my salvation.
The mass in most parishes are schismatic, the Novus Ordo celebrated in most parishes is a spiritual figment of some falsely driven imagination and often an opinion of a personal revelatory thought. In no way do many of these schismatic offerings come close to a charitable union with Rome. Am I the only one to see the optional sign of peace is hilarious and so full of pride. In what way does it follow the Church's instructions and who are you,or me to think we can grant the peace of God. That is a disgusting act of pride since most of you have not used the confessional in many weeks. How many of you believe that the Mass forgives sins in the penitential rite at the start of the mass. This is not what the Church has taught, it was always the Mass of the Catechumens and the moronic RCIA teaches that all Catechumens leave before the Gospel. The Opus Dei commentary on Matthew or perhaps their writings on James says the mass purifies. It does not, it adds through Charity a merit to any sanctifying grace present, no charity no merit and you have wasted your time unless as soon as possible you go to confession. The teaching for many years is the EF Mass with the Indulgentionam Absolutem forgives venial sins and since this prayer or priestly blessing has been removed, the claim is now made the Body of Christ (if for you personally it does) forgives venial sin. A priest told me all the sins of the congregation present are forgiven when he says the words of consecration. No sin is forgiven without contrition, easy to confess we sin but that is not contrition. So call it what it is then a confessional rite, but we already know we are sinners. Christ told us it was so and later he said whose sins you shall forgive are forgiven no sign of, whose sins are confessed they are forgiven.
Now I use your words do not judge (mine). After all nowhere does the Magisterium say sins confessed are forgiven and that is probably why they changed the name of the sacrament to Reconciliation, which contains confession, penitence and a plea for forgiveness.
