All Conversations in My Heart
Praying for the lost, fallen and forgotten
There was another time when Mary told me and one other, a woman who prayed with me and my wife, "That if we prayed from the very center of our hearts Christ would even go into hell and rescue those for whom we prayed". St Teresa of Avila calls this, "The interior chamber of our soul"We were wondering about a man who was, we thought way beyond liberal who had not long died. Now I have your attention do I not? Am I a sinner. Is it the filth who would say such a thing? Am I a sinner as I believe God can rescue us or am I one who does not understand what God and His Son has taught? on the Charity of saving our brothers and sisters. It depends I think of what is the suffering necessary and by whom, for The Trinity to grant salvation. What are the limitations or conditions on salvation? I believe and always have, while this dreadful world exists we can pray for anyone, wherever they are. I can in a manner judge but not sentence or as the Hebrews believed, cannot sentence beyond what God (would give) not Jesus as it is God who judges the Hebrew community. Jesus received the Rod of Judgment after His passion. I believe that since Purgatory is part of this temporal church, those suffering purification there can offer it, their suffering, with God's acceptance, for whom they want. I mean for those we leave behind in this world of sin and torment. That is why I wonder why we make so much of miracles for Sainthood, when they can also be obtained by those who are being purified. Or do you say the mind of one undergoing purification cannot ask for the suffering of others be added to their own? I have often spent time contemplating on the Church Triumphant, Suffering and militant and on the souls fallen, forgotten or lost, Mary often demands or reminds me of friends who need prayers and does talk often on the forgotten. They seem to be people who are not Catholic but have led a life natural charity and still have Adam's sin as a mark upon their soul. Others seem to be from families wiped out by catastrophes.
In the first of my wondering on Mary's statement was, where was it in scriptures. I found in Amos Chapter 9 verse 2, "Though they go down even to hell, thence shall my hand bring them out: and though they climb up to heaven, thence will I bring them down." Psalm 138 makes no bones about it God can go anywhere He likes and we cannot escape Him. The Penny Catechism says, "God is everywhere" The biggest example surely must be Lazarus. We find in John Chapter 11 these verses; Verse 17 Jesus therefore came, and found that he had been four days already in the grave. Verse 43 Lazarus, come forth. 44 And presently he that had been dead came forth, bound feet and hands with winding bands; and his face was bound about with a napkin. Obviously he could not walk and the power of God moved him, literally. What we should see as the Children were taught to pray at Fatima "Draw all souls to heaven"
Now can God if it pleases Him enter into hell. It sure looks like it to me. But there are aspects that must be considered. The Hebrews I must admit ,depending on which Rabbi ,had differing views of hell. But the Hebrews were a community with a covenant with God the Father and it is He who judges them surely? First in the Old Testament what did the Hebrews consider as Hell, today we admit to it being the separation of ourselves from God by the loss of the life in our soul. Dead to Christ Paul calls it. The Hebrews knew that until the Messiah came they were just but not righteous. Psalm 96:16, "that they may shew, That the Lord our God is righteous, and there is no iniquity in Him". The Hebrews knew that they were kept from heaven until the Messiah came to open the Gates for them. They were just but separated from God by their inheritance, Adam's sin. They entered at death of the body into Abraham's bosom and waited patiently for the Messiah. Knowing the Hebrews great penchant for debate I wonder how patiently they waited.
Here is a thought therefore on Lazarus, He was dead, buried and decomposing for 4 days and as God must have judged him. Yet Christ raised Him and under no circumstances would Christ gone against His Father's Judgment. Lazarus must have been a just man. I wonder what state of grace he was in when Christ entered into the underworld and by the will of His Godhead brought Lazarus back. He, Christ, surely entered into Limbo and called back His loyal, faithful and just friend back. Can we all have that friendship with Christ that He will on our behalf call back our friends from our purgatory whether they be forgotten or lost.
Here's the rub I cannot say they are in hell as that might be to big a punishment far more than Jesus has decided. I am nor are any of you God and certainly we do not have all the facts. So I made up my mind to pray for all my relatives and offer up the Prayer before the Crucifix, after Confession, Communion and prayers for the Pope for the one who has been in Purgatory the longest. I suggest and it may be familiar words Try it they will like it.
My other wondering is how do the Hebrews feel about Lazarus, after all they cannot deny most of the Sanhedrin, Pharisees and the High Priest were there on that occasion. Some of you with Hebrew Friends may want to ask them.
I would advise any of you who are scandalized to give a copy of this to your parish priest and ask for his opinion

Mary is a billion dollar business and it does not delight her
I wrote this once before and I will say it again. Mary, my love has said, "I am a billion dollar business Michael". She did not say babe, but I shout loudly, "Mary is a pearl beyond price". Do any of you doubt it? She is the first thought, by God in the heredity found in our creation. The full beauty of Creation without a sin as God thought of Her and us. No wonder Lucifer, the Archangel of the Light was angry, a light encompassed his. No wonder She is the one He most hates, that hatred upon which his kingdom is founded.
Mary's statement was very apropos to the events at that time in my life. In a way it demonstrated very strongly that Mary was not just for me-but what I had from her was for all mankind. This was just after I had the urge to call her Mary My Love and when I said it was too scary to say that, knowing what sins it could lead to in a man's ego, her reply left me in no doubt that there was a very special reason and her reply left me without any argument or reason to not use it in prayer. "You will be more sorry if you do not".
Also at that time Lorna Keras and I had parted and I have been told the reason it happened, in a nice way, by a priest in the diocese who was a very special friend, before he was moved to Richmond.
A priest had came from the States whom my wife held in the deepest of respect. He actually demonstrated to her what proper love was and made life so easy for her. He had promised to go to Surrey to offer a mass for Lorna Keras and the cronies that surrounded her. When there two things were made apparent to him. He was told not to come to my house as they were holier three had visions and many of them locutions. He, the priest had given me some of the first pictures done electronically in I think New Mexico some where down there. He had given me a large life sized picture of the Tilma and three or four picture sized for homes and several devotional ones. The hangers-on at Lorna's had heard from him of these pictures and wanted some for their new devotion concerning the Tilma and the Shroud. He asked if I would give mine to them. He asked but I had given the large one one to a church and many of the smaller ones to the Native peoples, some even came from Alberta for them. I had one left and it was for me a thing of great delight but I handed it over. Now there is a direction taught to me by Fr Walter Weinrich which I have experienced. If one takes one's hand a lightly drags it from the side across to the maternity bow one's hand gets warmer. It is also known that pregnant women who place their hand on Guadeloupe's abdomen will feel the baby's heart beat. I have always experienced the hand heat but in front of Fr Walter at Teyepac I did feel on my birthday the heart. It reminded me very much of the visit of Mary to her Auntie Elizabeth. Obviously for the pregnant mothers their children do not jump in their wombs, but who knows that somewhere sometime a woman in stress felt the promise of the Picture. By the way each of these pictures spent the night sometime leaning against the Tilma at Teyepac, in the Basilica.
A man came one day to where I had the picture given to me that I had kept and I told him of this instruction and he followed it he sat down with such relief. You see he felt so bad that it seemed his heart was going to stop. The moment he smoothed his hand over the picture the pain left. I told this story to the women who came from Lorna's cronies. Immediately she snapped, "Keep your nose out of our business". I was a little surprised and wondered . Mary said when I asked her, "What is this?". "Michael not even you has a franchise on me".

Bishop David Monroe
On Sunday the mass that ended the Canadian Bishops Retreat, I had the good fortune to be greeted by Bishop David Monroe, one of Canada's finest priests. He is recovering form his pencil wound he received when attacked in his chancery office and has lost a great deal of weight. I reminded him it was a dreadful way to loose the extra pounds. He laughed and agreed.
The worry he has and so do his doctors is his brain (intellect) he said he knew of the prayers as they helped him. Now it is time for us all to pray that his intellect is restored. I will use the prayer of Teresa Helena Higginson used during her pilgrimage on this earth towards Heaven, approved by the Cardinal Archbishop of England in the late 1800's.
O Wisdom of the Sacred Head guide Bishop[ David in all your ways; O love of the Sacred Heart consume him with your fire. Dear Teresa take your prayer on behalf of us to the Most Holy Trinity
There is a good reason for this prayer to be used as Bishop David will remember. Please use Teresa's name for the intercession
